Let’s get started!
“What’s your work routine like?“
My work routine starts with noting down my to-do list for the day. I connect with Technical Writers to track progress, then work on product copy review for upcoming features.
Once approved, I create user documentation and submit it for peer review.
I set up review calls with SMEs to ensure alignment with the documentation and discuss any upcoming projects and UX copy reviews to work on as needed.
“If you could go back in time and advice yourself when you first began this job, what would you say to yourself?”
If you believe in yourself and face challenges confidently, you will be able to succeed in what you do.
“What do you believe is the deeper purpose of content marketing/ digital marketing beyond driving sales?”
From my perspective as a Technical Writer, the purpose of creating documentation is to make users’ lives easier. Our customers are the priority, and we ensure they can effectively use the product by following the user documentation and product copy.
“Your piece of advice for the people interested in your profession”
I was once a writer, but I am now a Technical Writer. This proves that anyone can do it; you just have to find the right path.
